'Jean Baptiste' Riesling Kabinett

The Gunderloch estate has over 130 years of history and is one of the best in the Rheinhessen region. This is a blend of two famous vineyards, and makes for a beautifully balanced wine.

Tasting NotesZesty lime and some characteristic Riesling petrol notes. It's medium-bodied for a Riesling - but still light-bodied within the broader scope of white wine - with juicy acidity and a balancing gentle sweetness akin to a piece of ripe fruit. Good intensity, low alcohol and a zesty, crisp finish that makes it all the more drinkable. Ideal with lightly spiced dishes, or just by itself. Organic.
