Tasting NotesThis has a beautiful aroma of jasmine, apricot and flinty smoke. Great concentration of flavour that finishes long, resonant and flavoursome. Light- to medium-bodied but has a good sense of intensity, focus, and a dry, mineral feel to finish on. A brilliant Soave that shows why Pieropan are considered masters of this style.
