Tasting NotesThis has a bit more weight and body than a typical Sauvignon Blanc. The 20% Chardonnay rounds out the angular Sauvignon Blanc texture, but doesn't dampen down its exuberant elderflower, kiwi and lime cordial aromas. Enjoyably fresh, with good persistence and purity. Organic.
