Vinho Regional Alentejano Tinto

  • Regular price £17.50

The Portuguese love to combine different grape varieties, and this is a prime example from Alentejo in the southern part of the country. A mix of French and Portuguese varieties, this is made of Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Merlot, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira and Petit Verdot, all of which are fermented separately before blending. It’s quite an art, and they’ve produced a wonderfully balanced wine at a very fair price.
